Elvington Quilt Show

26/27th June 2010

We will be having a stand at this show - lots of fat quarters - batiks, Japenese print fabrics and plains together with Jelly rolls and layer cakes.

We will also have our updated 2010 programme and news of our 2011 programme.

So come and admire the quilts that the Priory Patchworkers have made and stock up on your fabrics at the same time.

Art and Craft exhibition at the Milton Rooms

This exhibition will include work by our regular watercolour painting students and also work stitched at the workshops during the year. Some of the work will be for sale so you may be able to pick up some unusual early Christmas presents for those who have everything!

The winner of our Charity Raffle in aid of Yorkshire Air Ambulance was Caroline Sherlock from Barton Hill. Thank you to all who bought raffle tickets.

We are also pleased to have sold many of the late Anne Lanes' sewing items, and have sent a cheque for £110.00 to 'The Friends of Malton Hospital'
